Brenda,

Thank you! That's good information and I will now start the cleanse! Also, I just read the post on smelly gas from Shelly. I don't just have smelly gas, I have ALOT of gas smelly, unsmelly, noisy and silent. I appreciated reading the feedback you gave her. Maybe this cleanse will help too??

Be well on your weeks away!

Kim

Dear kimtheo

No this is better. On the day you take the vitamin D just take the paragone at mid afternoon and night. Then just like the directions the rest of the time

This makes it much easier. Remember though you must go through at least 1 month of ParaGone if not 2 for the best results. Also you will want to follow up with probiotic and Intestinew. Neither of these will effect the vitamin D. If you have more questions as I am going to be away for couple of week call 800 830 4778 and let them know I gave you instructions on the protocol for ParaGone. you may need to understand the probiotic and Intestinew better But again this will not affect the Vit D. You could take the probiotic and intestinew in the morning when you take the vitamin D I take it that way.

Sincerely

Brenda

Thank you for your reply Brenda. I am only taking the Vit D once a week. In the morning. One time a week. So this is why I'm wondering if the cleanse will interfere with the bioavailablility of this supplement. Do you suggest anything different from your original reply.

Thank you for your time!

Kim

Dear Kimtheo

I do not when you are taking the vit D? In the morning? In the morning and evening? So without that I am just going to give you a little rule of thumb. With ParaGone you usually take it 3x a day. I am going to assume you take the  Vit D in the morning. So if you work take the ParaGone with you and 2 to 3 hours after supplementation with Vit D take the ParaGone. Same in the afternoon. Now it will be OK and ParaGone will still work taking it 2 x a day for now. You will just take it longer. After the first week you could increase the dose so instead of the 3x a day dose move it up to the 2x a day increased dose. I know this throws the amount of capsules and all off but to do a complete program you will need 2 boxes any way. So the answer to that is just take it till it is gone.

Here is what I am seeing with people and parasites (even people on medication with MD's). You must kill the cycle of the egg. It is so important to make sure the 15 days and 5rest 15 days and even longer if you can. You do not have to be rigid on the length of time except that you take it long enough. I see a lot of people take 1 box or just 1 month. These organisms I see in stool analysis are very hardy. I had a lady the other night in  a seminar said her doctor gave her medication for a blasocystis hominis and she took it for 10 days.  3 weeks later symptoms returned. Her doctor  said "OH don't worry that parasite isn't really pathogenic. Just accept the fact you have IBS and live with it."  I cannot believe it how cruel to be so jaded and not understand the pain of IBS.  I said to her 'Yea I guess he hasn't read anything since the 1970's when they re evaluated this organism and declared it pathogenic. Must have been reading golf magazines or something else more interesting.

Hope this helps if anything else let me know

Brenda

Hi Brenda,

I just purchased the Paragone cleanse. I am currently taking Vit D 50,000 IU'S q week. I am 8 weeks into my 12 week prescription. Vit D was the only deficiency in my full panel of bloodwork. Could you best inform me whether being on this cleanse will impair the absorption of my vitamin D supplementation please? Being that my MD is not considered a naturopath, she may not be able to give the best informed advice on whether or not to be using this cleanse in conjuction with a high dose of Vit.D. I appreciate your insights.

Thank you, Kim
