Dear Cindy,
I would suggest the Ultimate Flora Critical Care 50 Billion. Is your sister overweight?
Diabetes needs alot of attention to the diet. Basically lean proteins and vegetables, get all the gluten/Wheat and carbs out of the diet.

My sister suffers from low engergy. Of the 8 different Ultimate Flora you have listed, which one would be most effective in my sisters case. I would like to find something to help boost both the immune system and increase energy. She Also has been diegnosed with Diabetes.
