Dear peyton52,

So you have a bowel movement every day at least once a day in the morning? Am I correctly understanding that?

Although it is definitely best to have an additional movement after your evening meal, I wouldn't allow missing that from time to time to be too upsetting.

I understand you had your gall bladder removed. Initially, gall bladder issues are often fiber related. You may not have completley balanced this important aspect of gut health. Are you currently eating at least 35 grams of fiber daily? Here's some info about fiber that you may not know – http://www.renewlife.com/learn…..fiber-faqs

Dehydration is a possibility, and easily remedied too – have you tried drinking more water?

Also, yes, probiotics could very possibly help – bacterial imbalance can definitely lead to constipation issues. Here's a way to determine the best probiotic for your needs. http://www.renewlife.com/which…..ht-for-you

I hope this helps.

Hi Brenda,

I have a question about going to the bathroom regurally. I had my gall bladder taken out a few years ago and have had issues since. I had really bad gastroenteritis for a long time after but got it under control. But since feeling better I have issues w/ going to the bathroom later in the day, If I go too much in the morning after I wake up and eat breakfast I don't seem to go later in the day esp. after dinner.

I watched something that suggested that it could be from being dehydrated. Guessing from going too much in the morning, I esp have the problem if I workout – sweat and then go too much after. Would the probiotic work for that? What could I do do help w/ what I'm having? I'm very upset about and it's ruling my life, I get scared to eat at night cause I don't know if I will pass it.

Thank You!!
