Dear Bigpoopdreams

Hope you can find the answers and be better. On the glutamine. Your body uses glutamine in many different ways. I do not know of any way to tell if you were taking too much. But you need to take on empty stomach for absorption. If not if will not get used. That is important. I would not worry about what you are taking. Many people take much higher doses

Brenda,

thanks for the reply. I have been off of gluten for years and I think that is the hardest adjustment for a lot of people. I just haven't found anyone to help me get me to the energy levels I want.

I have had thousands of dollars of testing done over the years, pretty comprehensive. blood, stool, vitamin markers, genetic, hormone, etc.  And I'm sure there is some useful info in there but it is just too much medical detail for me to understand and I've never had a medical provider who cared about the digestion side of things willing to make sense of it for me.

I would like to get tested in a month or two and see where I'm at and have you go through my old tests. That would be great. I'll contact you at that time.

One more question on the glutamine? I take 5g a couple times a day. Is it possible to take too much? what is the acceptable range?

Dear BigPoopDreams

It will take a couple of months for the gut to heal. Gluten will always be a factor in your immunity stay away from it. It is poison for you and be careful in restaurants and read the label in sauces. There are good websites that give you the updates on gluten hidden in foods.

Take the fiber morning and night whenever you want as much as you want.

The best omega is the Critical Omega blue bottle by ReNew Life take 2 of those daily and it will supply you with what you need.

If in one month if  you do not feel better I would like for you to consider a CSA Comprehensive Stool Analysis as it would be nice to see if you have a yeast overgrowth. You have the symptoms.

If you go to labtestingdirect.com they have the test I like. Once you get the results I can go over with you and dig deeper if this is not helping. I think if you give them my name they will give you more discount.

I want for you to feel better and have a good life. Do not waste time if this does not help within a reasonable amount of time.  Something else you might want to think about

Let me know

Yours in health

Brenda

Brenda,

Was very excited to listen to you in La Jolla. You gave me hope to finally find a true solution to my fatigue. And I love this site. keep the videos coming.

I've struggled with unknown fatigue for years. i really struggled to find a solution in my 20s and couldn't.  Many doctors and many tests but no one that could put it together and guide me to improved health. I coped and learned to be functional in my 30s but felt like I was missing out on life constantly being tired. I did a genetic test for gluten intolerance and found it helpful to remove it from my diet. But I still feel that I must just have a serious leaky gut because I'm tired and want to lay down after I eat almost any meal.

So today I am starting the triple fiber, 50 billion flora, glutamine, omegas and really hope this gets things started but I had a few questions

How long will it take to heal the leaky gut and no longer be tired after I eat any meal. Are a lot of these food reactions secondary food sensitivities that will heal when my gut heals. I imagine the gluten will always irritate my intestines.

The triple fiber is only 4 g fiber? How many times am i supposed to take that a day. Is it ok to double a dose?

The omega goal of 2000 mg. Is that 2000mg of all fish oils (3,6,9)?
