Dear BigPoopDreams

It will take at least a month for the gut to heal. Stay away from gluten it is poison for you. Make sure you read the labels on sauces and watch out in restaurants. I thought Ca. would be more advanced than it is in the restaurants with gluten. There are websites that will help update you on the gluten hidden in foods.

On the fiber take 2x per day as much as you want really. Morning and night. If you need to lose weight then take some before a meal.

On the fish oils get the Critical Omega (blue bottle) by ReNew Life and take 2 a day this will cover you with omega 3's.

Here is a thought if you do not get better in 1 month you need to consider doing a CSA Comprehensive Digestive Analysis by Doctor's Data

You also have the symptoms of candida in the gut. So if you do not get better let's think of looking deeper into the gut.

You can go to labtestingdirect.com and use watson for extra discount.

Once you get the results of the test I can help you with what to do next.

Just a thought if you do not feel you are getting results within a month

Yours in health

Brenda

Brenda,

Was very excited to listen to you in La Jolla. You gave me hope to finally find a true solution to my fatigue. And I love this site. keep the videos coming.

I've struggled with unknown fatigue for years. i really struggled to find a solution in my 20s and couldn't.  Many doctors and many tests but no one that could put it together and guide me to improved health. I coped and learned to be functional in my 30s but felt like I was missing out on life constantly being tired. I did a genetic test for gluten intolerance and found it helpful to remove it from my diet. But I still feel that I must just have a serious leaky gut because I'm tired and want to lay down after I eat almost any meal.

So today I am starting the triple fiber, 50 billion flora, glutamine, omegas and really hope this gets things started but I had a few questions

How long will it take to heal the leaky gut and no longer be tired after I eat any meal. Are a lot of these food reactions secondary food sensitivities that will heal when my gut heals. I imagine the gluten will always irritate my intestines.

The triple fiber is only 4 g fiber? How many times am i supposed to take that a day. Is it ok to double a dose?

The omega goal of 2000 mg. Is that 2000mg of all fish oils (3,6,9)?
