I have had this in the past, and what I found works for me is to take digestive enzymes with every meal, and also by taking a probiotic at night before I go to bed to help improve the good bacteria in my intestines. I have done this faithfully, daily, for about 4 months, and it has really helped my digestive system. I know different products work differently for each person, but this is what works best for me.
