Results from my CSA

Dear Brenda, I had the CSA done and would like to share my results with you.

Beneficial bacteria are low (2+ Bacteroides fragilis group, 2+ Bifidobacterium spp, 4+ Escherichia coli, NG Lactobacillus spp, 1+ Enterococcus spp, 2+ Clostridium) and only 1 commensal flora which was 1+ Alpha hemolytic strep. Yeast culture was 1+Saccharomyces cerevisiae/boulardii. Microscopic yeast- Rare.  Parasitology/Microscopy:  No ova or parasites, Rare- Yeast, one sample showed Rare- WBC. Negative for Giardia and negative for Cryptosporidium.  Digestion/Absorbtion: Elastase 498, Fat Stain None, Muscle Fibers Rare, Vegetable Fibers Rare, Carbohydrates Negative.  Inflammation:  Lysozme 114, Lactoferrin <0.5, White Blood Cells Rare, Mucus Negative.  Immunology showed Secretory IgA* at outside the normal range at only 7.0.  Short chain fatty acids:  % Acetate 65, % Propioate 16, % Butyrate 16, % Valerate 3.3, Butyrate was out of range with 0.66 and Total SCFA's was 4.2.  Intestinal Health Markers: Red Blood Cells none, pH 6.7, Occult Blood Negative. Appearance was Brown and Soft. Natural Antifungals: High activity for Berberine, Caprylic Acid, and Citus Seed Extract. Medium activity for Undecylenic acid and very low for Uva Ursi, Tannic Acid, and Oregeno.  Non-Absorbed Antifungal: High activity for Nystatin. Showed high activity for treatment of Saccharomyces cerevisiae/boulardii. This last line was from notes my mother made in trying to help me understand the results and I'm not sure where she found it, but I wanted to include.

I am nursing my almost 3 yr old so cannot cleanse at this time.  I took 1 week of the 200 billion probiotic and now take 1 50 billion probiotic a day. I am also taking Fiber Smart, Digest More Ultra enzymes, Oil Smart 3 6 9, 1000 IU Vitamin D3, and a Prenatal multi vitamin. I suspect gluten sensitivity and possible other food allergies. I don't eat meat and try to avoid dairy and gluten, but it is hard to do it 100 % of the time.  I would like to know what else I need to add or if I should change any of this.  I think I will stop nursing soon and when I do I want to start cleansing.  Should I start with the total body cleanse and move up the line?  I have your PBS book and use it for a reference.  I'm assuming I should skip the Para Cleanse, but what about the Candida Cleanse?  My main issues are eczema and mild asthma.  I used to have severe IBS, but it seems to be controlled by my diet. Can I take something to help with the low Secretory IgA*?  Any other thoughts you have would be greatly appreciated!!!! I'm so grateful to have found you and your products!  Thanks, Shannon   P.S. Do you recommend I get the gluten sensitivity test from your book so I can know for sure?  Does it include other food allergy testing or is there a seperate test for other common allergies like eggs, soy, dairy, etc.?  Thanks again!!!
