I can't honestly say I offer "de-puffing" products. However, the program you've begun, and then the program that will be indicated by your test will definitely serve to support and strengthen the liver, kidneys and digestion – big time! At this point, the best thing you could do is choose a diet low in grain-based, refined, and starchy carbohydrates and sugars, and high in vegetables, healthy fats, and lean proteins, nuts, and seeds. Unprocessed I hope goes without saying.
It's exciting to know that soon you'll really know what's happening in your gut. It will serve as a baseline for you, too. It will be extremely valuable in designing a suitable program for you, both short and long term.

Hi Brenda, I have puffy bags under my eyes, but do not have airborne or seasonal allergies or runny nose or that kind of thing. In Ayurveda, they attribute under eye puffiness to the liver. In Chinese medicine, it's the liver or kidneys and large intestine. I eat well, take your acacia fiber, and have started on probiotics. I do have a sensitive gut that responds poorly to many fibrous foods. I am waiting on the stool analysis test that I purchased through your site. In the meantime, any advice about what probiotics or products might help de-puff my eyes. Any thoughts about probiotics that are especially good for kidney health? Thanks for all.
