I totally agree, Cathy. There's no down side to getting poison out of her body. Great job on that 40 pounds!

Keep in touch.

Brenda, Thank you so much…we will certainly try getting a much better diet plan going.  She's lost 40 lbs since may, by just cutting out certain bad habits.  I have joined the 35diet plan and we will start asap.  I think personally getting rid of toxins in her body may help her skin condition a whole lot.  Thanks for your advice.  Cathy

Hi Cathy,

I will have more suggestions after your daughter delivers, of course.

You didn't mention if she is paying attention to what she eats. Diet is 80% of the game! She MUST cut out as much sugar as possible, any type of sodas, white breads, cakes, processed foods those types of things. Have her take a look at the Fiber 35 diet – of course the maintenance portion – she's not trying to lose weight at this time! She can sign up for free http://www.fiber35diet.com/Step1.aspx and there's a lot of good information on that website – to help her (you, too!) and her baby ultimately. Have her do the best she can right now. We're not looking for perfection.

Probiotics, fiber, digestive enzymes and omega (fish) oils are all products that are considered safe during pregnancy since they're basically foods. These products really support the immune system and help the body to function more effectively. If you'd like products from Renew Life, I'd suggest Ultimate Flora 50 Billion, Triple Fiber, Digestmore and Norwegian Gold Critical Omega. She doesn't want to take any products that include any types of herbs at this time. You can find these products in health food stores, or even in Walgreens, these days.

These supplements will also help her to avoid constipation, which is very important, especially now! You don't want a toxic buildup! Her body has been clearly trying to get rid of toxins due to a hormonal imbalance. Now, as she's growing the baby, it's even more critical. Helping her body to function well through diet and gut support is your best bet for an easier pregnancy, and perhaps some relief from the hydrodenitis supperativa.

Let me know how she does!

Hello, my name is Cathy and my daughter has pcos/hydrodenitis supp…and she is approx 11 wks pregnant.  She is 20 yrs old and has had this since she was 14-15…the cists just keep coming and getting bigger it seems.  Now it seems that she has a large one on one of her ovaries.  Is there anything that we can do now or will we need to wait until after she delivers?  That will be next May.  We have done just about everything known to mankind for this ailment, but it just keeps coming on strong.  She needs help but will understand if we need to wait until after she delivers.  The cists come on her underarms, creases of her legs and buttocks mainly, but she's starting to get them in other places too.  They are very large and painful to touch.  She just has to let them burst on their own and let them drain comepletly before she gets any kind of relief from them.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you,  Cathy  Cry
