Only your Doctor could determine the risks from a parasite cleanse for you based on many aspects of your very different history. Although a product like Paragon is not technically a colon cleanse, you need to be able to process toxins in your liver and properly eliminate them to safely use the product.
Have you seen an Integrative Practitioner? This type of doctor may be more open to investigating parasitic infections, and other less mainstream issues. Here are 2 websites that might help you locate someone near you – http://www.acam.org and http://www.functionalmedicine.org.

I have a parasitic worm infection that after several tests has not been diagonised. I need to treat it but I'm not sure how since a colon cleanse could be too dangerous for me. I have had it about 5 years 3 years prior to my cololenectomy. Any suggestions. Thanks for your help.
