Hi Rich,
Good job! Out of curiosity, were you using Paragone for maintenance, or did you have symptoms that lead you to think you have parasites?
As far as the bowel cleanse, it's your preference. If you have a colonhydrotherapist you like in your area, it's always great to go for a colonic periodically. Otherwise, Organic Bowel Cleanse will be fine.

Hi Brenda, I'm soon to finished a 3-4 week paragon cleanse and it is suggested I do a colon clease now. Would you suggest the organic bowel cleanse or the colon hydrotherapy instead?
