On the road to recovery......thank you

Dear Brenda,
Hooray!!! What great news!
Your program sounds good, and your dietary changes are excellent. One caution – healing tends to happen in peaks and valleys. You can feel much better, and then seem to have a setback. Hang in there, hang in there.
The tough times tend to be when the body is releasing and eliminating toxins, and sometimes that may not “feel good”. After all, it takes energy from your body to clean your body’s “house”. You know how much energy it takes to do the windows on the first floor! This stage should pass in a few days when you maintain your new habits.
Yes, please keep in touch and let us know how you do. We are very hopeful for you too!
And regarding the exact testing protocols – although I have an idea, I think your question about gluten sensitivity testing would be best answered by Phyllis at Entero – 972-686-6869. She can be very accurate with her answer.

OfflineHi Brenda,
This is just a quick follow up. I've been on the following regimen.
- 2x day critical care probiotics (1 week so far. I plan to continue for 3 weeks then drop to UltimateFlora 80+ 1x day)
- Gluten free diet for 4 days. (This is a permanent life change.)
- Flush & Be Fit cleansing (on day 3)
I wanted to say that yesterday I noticed my energy levels jumped up maybe 30%. The biggest change was after 2 days of the gluten free diet. It was very noticeable how less puffy I felt and less fatigued. The evidence for me was that I scrubbed all the windows on the first floor of my house inside and out.
I hate windows but they had been really neglected and I didn't have the energy to do it previously.
My GI functions are improving. They are not perfect but improved. I'm very encouraged. I will check in periodically and let you know how it's going. However, I wanted to thank you & Dr. Sinclair for your help. I think I found the root cause of my issues. I know it will take time but I am feeling very hopeful about the future again.
Thanks
Brenda
p.s. I did have a question. When the gluten sensitivity test indicated a score of 29, does this mean they detected the presence of 29 occurences of the antigen in the sample or was the sample cultured to produce a score of 29? I know the action steps on the results are the same but I was a little curious about the testing process.
