Dear Lina84,

I can't advise you to take Flush and Be Fit with another product that I haven't experienced. I would suggest you do them separately so you can see the effects, and if there are any undesired ones, that you can discontinue the cleanse and you'll know what's happening.

What I can suggest however to help your cravings is that you contact my assistant at jsinclaire@renewlife.com to send you the Love Your Heart Eating Plan from my recent book and TV special, Heart of Perfect Health. The trick is to eliminate processed carbs and grains and to eat a bit of protein (nuts are fine) every couple hours. You will be amazed. I promise. Your weight will drop and you won't have cravings after the first couple days. And you'll feel so wonderful. Just remember to eat lots of good healthy greens, salads, veggies too.

Hello,

i am currently taking a supplement called slimify, by sirenlabs. It is basically garnicia cambogia combined with raspbery keytones to help with weightloss and reduce cravings. I have done the first cleanse before and recently did a two day detox (liquid supplement bought t gnc) but feel I would like to boost the weightloss by a stronger cleanse. I have had some problems with uti and thrush as well as water retention and saw flush and be fit and thought it could be perfect for me. So I'm just wondering if you would agree, and if you think it would be ok to continue taking slimify while taking flush and be fit. I am 29 years olds, eat healthy with an active lifestyle, but with a major craving for carbs which is the main reason for taking slimify. I would love to loose 6-7 pounds but don't need to loose much more than that...

i appreciate your advice.

Dear ajsp,

I understand your concern when you haven't cleansed in the past. 

Although no two people experience herbal formulas the same way, you've started with a relatively gentle cleanse. Generally the comments are that people experience more energy, increased bowel movements, and some people feel it helps them with weight loss.

If you experience more frequent bowel movements than is comfortable for you - say more than 2 or 3 daily, or poorly formed, you can skip the evening pack. That is the herbal laxative. Just continue with your morning and afternoon packs and you will still get the organ cleansing support.

I recently purchased your flush and be fit, and I am a bit nervous to start it. I am a runner and I am worried about possible side effects when I am running, and just in general during the day. I have never done a cleanse and am looking forward to the benfits. Can you offer any suggestions? (I am 36 yrs old, mom of two, and work full time)
