Dear trinity,

That’s a good idea, to try taking them with food. Some people just don't do well taking capsules on an empty stomach. These can be taken either way.

The capsules are enteric coated, so they won’t open until they’re safely beyond the stomach, in the digestive tract, so nausea is not normally an issue.

I just started taking ultimate flora senior formula probiotic..my stomach feels a little off..I took them between meals…should i take them with food? Thx
