These are two different products all together. One is a digestive enzyme that helps you break down lactose and the Ult Flora is a probiotic that will help with the gut bacteria. yes gut bacteria will help with lactose intolerance to a certain degree but not its main purpose. Definately not too aggressive. We do have a digestive formula specific to lactose intolerance as well called Lactose Stop.

I have been taking Digestive Advantage Lactose Defense for several months and feel that I might need to do more for my intestinal health. Ultimate Flora senior formula (I'm 68) was suggested but I'm concerned that the combination might be too aggressive. I'm not aware that Ultimate Flora has a formula that covers intolerance as well. Please advise.
