I have found so many conflicting websites about what I can and can't eat. I will need to start the cleanse, but I need to make sure I don't eat anything that I shouldn't. I had started on Jan. 31st of this year eating a vegan diet and even couldn't lose much weight on that. I have also found that some of the things I had been eating for this diet was still wrong. I had been making my own salad dressing everyday so I wouldn't have any preservatives. All it had in it was olive oil, apple cidar vinegar, salt, pepper and some herbs…but now it looks like I can't have the apple cidar viinegar. I need a true list of what I can and can't eat before I start the cleanse. I want so much to finally feel good. It has been so long since I have.
