Are you constipated at all, as per the article above? Or are your stools too soft? pH changes in the bowel result in both these conditions. If you're curious about what's happening in your gut, you might consider a Comprehensive Stool Analysis (CSA), as described toward the top of this Forum. You will learn both your pH and bacterial count (probiotics vs. pathogenic bacteria).
If you think about it, there's only so much room in the vaginal, rectal area. So if you have not had a recent or substantial bowel movement, what you described could definitely happen. The key is proper elimination.

This is really embarrassing, but I hope you can answer my question. This has happened to me a few times, and I would like to know if it is normal and/or how to prevent it. During intense vaginal sex, sometimes a little poop comes out. It is more likely to happen when I am on top. This is not a topic a lot of people talk about, so I am wondering if that's normal or if there might be something wrong.
