I don’t even want to ask how that happened.

You might check your stool closely to make sure that it passed through your system. Be aware of any strange pains, darkening of your stool which might indicate blood caused by possible lacerations from the sharp edges. If you notice strange symptoms, see a gastroenterologist immediately, or go to the ER.

Hopefully it will pass unremarkably on its own.
