Dear jkosloskey,

4 suggestions:

1. Make sure your oil is enteric coated so it gets through the stomach without opening.

2. Make sure your oil has lipase added – many of Renew Life omega-3s do. Or take lipase separately.

3. Take with food.

4. For some reason, other people with belching issues have noticed that if you freeze the oil (in the capsules), it doesn't happen.

I have a hiatal hernia and anything w/fat or oil seems to bother it.  When I take Omega 3 or Vitamin E, I will belch it up.  What can I do so that I can take Omega 3 and Vitamin E?
