Your problem is common with what has happened to you. Fibrous foods are not well tolerated in your case. You could try some juicing which removes the fiber. But it will go through you quickly.
I would suggest you take liquid vitamins and minerals they have these are the health food store. You will absorb them better. I would also take a digestive enzyme with meals (Digestmore Ultra) is very potent and you need this strength. If you do eat the fruits of vegetables the enzyme will help at least digest some of the nutrients. One of my favorite things for people who have had inflammation is something called Intestinew (powder). It is l glutamine and take it everyday on an empty stomach. It will help the gut become stronger and help mucus lining stay strong.
