Dear Suzann,

It sounds like you're on the right track. Not familiar with the pine nut oil.

To encourage healing of the stomach, I would recommend a powdered probiotic like the Ultimate Flora Super Critical 200 billion along with powdered Intestinew (for contact all the way down to the stomach).

After you're healed and feeling well, you could take Heartburn Prevention along with your meals.

As for foods, add them in one by one. Lean meats and steamed veggies as you feel the desire. And really observe your reactions.

I hope that helps.

Brenda Watson.

I have experienced a three-day bout of very painful heartburn.   This occurred about three months ago, but was only for a day…I went to the ER.   Had x-rays, CT scan…showed some signs of gastritis….I am a busy and active person and this last bout has me down due to the pain.   I did go to the local Vitiamin City here in Long Beach and purchased your Probiotic along with Slippery Elm tea bag, DGL Licorice Logenzes and just received UPS package with the Siberian Pine Nut Oil that was recommended by someone online.   Haven't opened it yet,  says to take 30 minutes before meals.

I have not had any coffee in three days and no spicy foods.  Actually, only taking the supplements and eating bland soups,  Cream of Rice Cereal…Any suggestions for some more appetizing and nutritious food choices?

Thank you for your response.   I am most appreciative of any suggestions that will get me back to my water aerobics, art class and holiday events.
