Dear Emmy,

I would highly suggest you get the Comprehensive Stool Analysis with parasitology to see what is going on inside.  You should also look for an integrative doctor in your area http://www.acam.org as I think you have more going on than just needing to lose a little weight.  You don't mention whether your constipated.

Hi!  I'm 27 and I seem to have a hard midsection that is causing me a bit of grief.  What I mean is, when I press a finger around my belly button and beyond, my finger doesn't sink down much at all before I feel hard, almost compacted areas nearly covering my entire midsection.  I can't exercise, otherwise I feel sickish, and especially any exercise that focuses on the stomach like crunches– which if I grit my teeth and do them anyway as I've been advised, I can only manage less than 10.  My stomach is large, and it feels large, and not exercise or diet nor fasts seems to heal this matter.  I used to be a dancer, and I used to be easily slim.  It seems  like, abruptly, I no longer had any say in the matter, I had to quit dance to conserve energy and the exercise caused me to feel sickish.  Now I feel obvious and fat and I would love some advice!  I've been to health doctors and I've tried several diets.  I've also just finished the Flush and Be Fit cleanse.  I can feel small things perhaps move about, but at the end I feel exactly the same.  Any advice, enlightenment, direction would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you so much!!!!!
