Dear poppija,

You may need to follow your doctor's suggestions with the antibiotics (time and place for everything and this may be one of them) but add the probiotic- Ultimate Flora 200 billion sachet mixed in 8oz of water on empty stomach. Take during the same period but two hours away from antibiotic.

Then follow-up afterwards for 1-2 weeks with the 200 billion, then 50 billion thereafter for maintenance.

There are other aspects to a healthy gut – I wish it was just one shot with probiotics. Have you heard of my H.O.P.E program? High fiber, Omega oils, Probiotics and Enzymes. I don't want to overwhelm you. If you'd like, email my assistant at jsinclaire@renewlife.com and she will send you the chapter from my new book that talks about leaky gut, which may help you understand the relationships with allergies and sinusitis and swelling.

The right type of Fiber has both soluble and insoluble parts. The soluble part is actually called a prebiotic – which is like fertilizer/food for the probiotic and also absorbs toxins. The insoluble part sweeps and exercises the intestine.

Omega oils have recently been shown to help repair the lining and are anti-inflammatory and lubricate the bowel.

And after the treatment you may need to start taking an Enzyme with Hydrochloric acid to increase acidity of the stomach as h pylori thrives in an alkaline type environment. This also may relieve you of some of the bloating possibly.

Also really good is Mastic Gum which is a resin from the mastic tree – long history of helping to eradicate h pylori.

Some are seeing that using a high Glutamine powder such as IntestiNew during the antibiotic treatment helps much better than antibiotic alone and the glutamine will help heal and repair the stomach lining during and after treatment.

Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.

After seeking help for several years with terrible stomach and back pain, painful swelling and bloating.

I have recently been diagnosed with H.pylori.

I have extreme allergies, sinusitis therefore I fight taking anything unless it is the last resort.

I have been taking probiotics for years for my digestive tract and intestines, apparently not enough or the wrong type.

I saw your special and learned there are different types.

I do not want to take antibiotics, I am always fighting against taking antibiotics especially chemicals.

What are my alternatives ?  besides more antibiotics that I do not like taking antibiotics or want to take !

All it did in the past was tear down my immune system!

Help!
