Dear timesavers,

yes there is alot of info out there on the internet about gluten free diet – I don't know what you mean by who to trust – a gluten free diet is what it is – getting gluten completely out of your diet!  There are no variations of it, just stop eating things that contain gluten.  To find out everything that possibly contains gluten yes you can look at websites about it.  Certainly gluten is not only in wheat and some other grains (baked goods) but can be found as an ingredient in sauces, soups, packaged or canned foods, etc.

It can certainly be worth the health benefits of removing gluten from the diet.  Hope this helps.
