Dear aharris,

Cut the doses in half if the symptoms seem overwhelming, by all means! Or you might even take the evening part every other day – that's what's creating the stool to be loose most likely. And be sure to drink plenty, plenty of water. The directions state clearly to stop if you have actual diarrhea, whcih would happen more than once or twice a day and be watery. Loose stool, or do you have diarrhea?

Here's a bit of info I posted recently on cleansing that may clarify. http://blog.brendawatson.com/f…..sing-faqs/ When you have those headachy symptoms and fatigue, your body is eliminating toxins faster than your organs of elimination (you have 7) can deal with them.

Also, don't hesitate to call our Cleansing and Detox Advisors at 800-830-1800 with any questions, too!

I hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.

I was wondering if my side effects are normal. I started taking the Flush and be Fit on Friday. Today is monday, and I feel like I have bee hit by a train. I have been soo tired and have also been expeiriencing head aches and it seens that my BH is a bit elevated. My BM's are what  expected 1-2 loose/day. I talked to my sister today and she said that the flushes she has done make her feel the same way. Should I hold out to feel better or should I stop the flush or cut the doses in half. Also, I am on no medications and a healthy 29 yr old

Dear Sharon,

Keep up the good work!

Yes, the slight headache is most likely the body cleansing. A very common possible symptom. Drink lots of water to help flush your system.

Be gentle with yourself. Great to start exercising. Just remember that you are cleansing too.

Keep me in the loop!

Hi Nancy & Brenda

Your comments inspired me to try this product.   I am a wife, mother, and full time nurse, so to say my life is hectic is an understatement.

I have tried other dietrs which left me feeling sick and lethargic although I lost some weight.

While visiting Whole Foolds I saw your product on the shelf and kept saying I was going to invest in "myself".  Well I did just that on Friday, I purchased the product and have started it today.  I am planning a family cruise in a couple of months, my husband and I will be renewing our vows after 28 years of marriage.  Needless to say not only do I want to look fabulous, I want to feel the same way as well.

I am experiencing a slight headache but I realize that this is probably an outcome of the detoxing of my body.

I am going to stick with this plan and keep you posted on my progress.

Nancy thanks for your post, reading that the product is "wonderful" made me feel better.

Brenda thanks for sharing your expertise with us and I am looking for great results.  I am also starting my exercise program as well.

Lots of prayers ladies!

Dear Nancy

This product is designed to take as long as you like 2 to 3 months if needed. It is not like a regular cleanse in that we are working on the adrenals liver and lymph. It really needs to be taken that long. The reason I am sort of forced to put 2 weeks is today in this world if people think they have to take something 30 days they will not do it. So for that reason I realized if people felt better in 2 weeks they may continue. This formula is my formula I have taken for many years as I have had adrenal burnout, hepatitis etc. I did not get into the field as a healthy person. My childhood was stressful and I was given so many antibiotics it was crazy.

This product is to help women begin to get rid of waste build up in more than just the colon. So no worries take it as long as you like it will continue to strengthen those adrenals and liver and God knows we need it in this day and time.

So enjoy you made my day!!

Brenda

Brenda, I am halfway through taking the Flush and Be Fit, and I want to say it is working wonderfully.  I am wondering how many times per year this can be taken. I read one review of this product and the person said they were going to start another two-week course as soon as they finished the first course.  Is this okay, or does the body need a break in between?  Can it be taken every other month?

Wonderful product…..I highly recommend it to everyone!!! Smile

Thank you.

Nancy
