Dear nixonkitty

I am sorry I do not know why that could be exactly? More fiber in the diet makes the stool more fluffy and breaks  apart easy. Many things affect the colon elimination. Stress, change in routines, lack of B vitamins. liver congestion, lack of good bacteria, age,. The list goes on and on.

Try a probiotic and see if it helps We have an 80 billion colon care. If it is really bothering you you could go to labtestingdirect.com and take a CDSA and we will help you read it and figure out if anything shows up.

Let me know

Sincerely

Brenda

Hi Folks,

Over the past months my stool has been very flakey, and it imediately disperses when I flush the toilet.  I have no idea what or why this is, do I need a probiotic?

Thanks in advance for your advice!
