Dear Racquel

In nature it is about a 60% soluble to 40% insoluble ratio. In cases where you want to manage blood sugar like diabetes, lower cholesterol or lose weight the soluble fiber is the best to increase. The soluble fiber is clear when you mix with water. We have Organic Clear Fiber and there are many on the market. The studies show this fiber in the above conditions.

Getting 35 grams of fiber a day is a challenge with food. Go to the Fiber35diet.com and look up the content in foods. I take a FitSmart bar everyday that has 10 grams and it is the only way I get enough. I just do not eat the volume of food it takes

Hope this helps

Brenda

I know we should be consuming 35 grams of fiber per day; but, how much soluble versus insoluble fiber do you recommend?
