Dear knaka,

I’m glad you joined too, for yourself, your son and your friend!

Gut imbalance plays a big role in conditions of the skin along with underlying toxicity – you're on the right track!

Your own digestive symptoms sound like you’re dealing with a leaky gut, with a possibly irritable bowel, both of which often occur with acne. Take a look at the information relating to those syndromes and see where you might fit in. http://www.renewlife.com/learn…..s/overview

What I’d like you to do is contact my assistant at jsinclaire@renewlife.com to send you the chapters (no charge) on Acne and Eczema from my new book.  The chapters actually provide recommendations for a full body approach to dealing with all the conditions you mentioned. Then you can ask me questions with regard to moving forward and perhaps more specific product recommendations.

I hope this helps.

Hi Brenda,

I am 43 years old and I am suffering from acne since the age of 35. I also have issues with bowl movements in a way that I can go so easily from one extreme to the other. I have to watch what I eat and to keep a diet high in fibers. However i am still suffering for acne. I also take FLORA Q pro-biotic at this time. What would be your recommendation for my case?

My son has been diagnosed with ecxema which time to time can become significant in his arms and legs foldings. What would your recommendation be for him?

My last case would be about a friend of mine who suffers from folliculitis. He has tried so many antibiotic but no improvement. What your advice would be for him?

I am so glad that I join your forum.

Thanks a lot for your help.
