Dear getting healthy,
Diverticulitis when diagnosed by a professional is most times an infection. Have you seen a doctor for this condition?
I'm very happy that you are having excellent results with Critical Care 50 billion. Your dose is what I would recommend for now. You may be able to reduce down to 2/day over a bit of time.

It's also VERY important that you supplement with fiber. I would suggest the Renew Life Triple Fiber.

Hello Brenda – Can you please give me some advice regarding diverticulitis? I am now taking Critical Care 50 billion (2 capsules 3X a day) - love this product and it has worked very well. The IBS has stopped but I still have some pain in the diverticuli in my colon. I don't eat sugar or heavy fats and stay away from nuts as well. Do you have any advice on how to eliminate this pain (some days it is slight, others a bit worse) and heal this part of my body? Are higher doses of critical care recommended?
