Great job with all your efforts! Diet, cleansing, and testing are all steps I would suggest too. Glad you have a practitioner involved as well.

Hi Brenda,
I have had psoriasis for most of my life (age 15 to now age 50) and it gets worse every year. I have tried practically everything to help control it. Based on everything I've been reading and hearing from you and other health experts that the problem is in the gut and I now believe that too.
I have been aggressively studying and trying everything for years and I have tried many natural methods,diets in the past including taking high doses of probiotics which worked for about a month but then stopped working so I know I was close.
I need an aggressive plan of attack! Please tell me where to start, What books to read first and what supplements to start with.
Recently I went searching for a natural doctor and found a homeopathic MD who had me get stool testing done by a lab which I can send you. I am on the diet that you recommend (gluten free,sugar free, etc..) and I've started on some probiotics and some anti-fungals but I just want to do all I can as quickly as possible to control this miserable disease that controls my life.
I can't wait to be a testimonial and be able to tell others how to control psoriasis and other disease's the natural way.
