Dear gmoghrabi64,

I'm so sorry to hear of your injury. Thanks for writing.

Please feel free to contact my assistant at jsinclaire@renewlife.com to send you the chapter on Constipation from my new book.

Have you seen an Integrative Doctor? This is a practitioner who considers your situation as a whole, rather than just one part or another. Here are 2 websites that might help you locate a Doctor near you. http://www.acam.org and http://www.functionalmedicine.org. Another option is to contact Phyllis at EnteroLab – 972-686-6869. She keeps a national database of practitioners who have greater insight into gut issues and is happy to look up someone in your area.

The Doctor will hopefully order a Comprehensive Stool Analysis for you. OR – You can order one yourself – see the post on My Recommended Tests toward the top of this Forum to learn about it. This tell will tell you what your specific bacterial and fungal imbalances are.

I formulated Renew Life CleanseMore is specifically for constipation issues. My own health concerns revolved around a lifetime of constipation, which led me to studying the body, herbs, vitamins, physiology - to today. Although CleanseMore is for "occasional" constipation, I realize that in your case, you may need to use the product regularly. I would discuss this with your practitioner.

Also, to start restoring your bacterial balance, consider Renew Life Ultimate Flora Critical Colon 80 billion. You're looking for a product that contains a LARGE amount of beneficial bacteria – both lacto and bifido bacillus strains. You need to beef up the army, sounds like! The chapter you receive will outline other protocols as well.

I hope this helps!
