Dear Carrie

Thank you so much for sharing those words of wisdom. I think you have just spoken about a piece of valuable information that most people do not associate with colon or digestive problems. The Colon Hydrotherapy of course should be a mainstay for people suffering from digestive problems. Here is something else colonics also do! They help with releasing emotions that we know become stored in the body.

Our colon area is called our emotional center. It is where we store emotions that in many cases are negative and can cause health problems that are never associated with these stored emotions. When someone begins to clean the colon with water (purified of course) a letting go process begins. So many times in my practice I would find people could not even FEEL the water entering the colon. That is how blocked they were to how they felt. After a few treatments they would begin to feel the water and in many cases release pent up emotions they never knew they were holding on to.

I want to share a story with you to give an example of this. A man came into the clinic years ago when I was in practice. He saw the sign and said he would like to try a colonic. He said he had IBS. I said OK and suggested he do a series of 3 treatments within a week. In the first treatment he started to cry (not from pain from the colonic) and he said he had lost someone very dear to him recently. I just listened (as I am not a psychologist) and was compassionate. Well on the second treatment he begin to cry again and he started talking about his mother who had recently committed suicide. He kept talking about how guilty he felt. Each time after the colonic session  he leaves feeling better (remember he has IBS). Then on the final treatment he talks about how he has found forgiveness not only for his mother but for himself. It was such a wonderful experience to observe. What a healing!!!! Later he came back and informed me he did not have IBS anymore and thanked me for the compassion and love he experienced during the colonic. He called it "cleansing the guilt". I said "There is a reason for everything". I was able to be here at the right time and you also helped me in being a part of the beautiful experience of forgiveness which is why we are here in the first place. Being with someone in the healing experience is why I wanted to be a colon therapist. I saw examples like this over and over again. I felt like I was being blessed just as much as the person on the table. Words cannot express how this changes your life

Anyway, thank you for being the angel you are

Brenda

I am a Colon Hydro Therapist in Las Vegas.  I would like to add to your wonderful info on Gut-Brain-IBS connection.  Along with the 5 ways to LOVE your gut the 6th should be Colon Therapy.  Taking any supplement orally will follow the same patterns established for years in our bodies.  The magnificent gift of Colon Therapy will give ones body the opportunity to hydrate every nook & cranny & bulbed out area that exacerbates the irritation triggering an IBS episode.  As this hydration assists the proper peristaltic movement to release unbalancing toxins, the unbalanced emotion/thoughts have the same opportunity to be forgiven and released also.  This is my enlightened wisdom I have seen and received from my 13+ years as a therapist.

Brenda, thank you for your continued wisdom and ability you give people the forum to exchange facts instead of fears.

Sincerely,
