I would do our 80 billion colon formula, Intestinew, and one of our fiber formulas for a least 2 more weeks before venturing into cleansing. Also make sure you take fish oils. 8:45 pm March 26, 2010 nanc0821 Member posts 13	1 0 Hello Brenda, I recently recovered from the stomach bug which hit me pretty hard.  Felt sick for about 5 days after the inital sickness set in.  I had wanted to do a cleanse prior to getting sick, and am now wondering if I can start with the CleanseSmart 30-day program, or should I wait a week or two to let my digestive system heal? I have done the CleanseSmart in the past and have had success with it.  Thank you!! Share this Post…
