A few weeks ago I began to have severe symptoms with my body. I had allergy testing,high on 23 things. I've began allergy shots. I am extremely exhausted and stay sleepy,little to no energy. I take vitamins,probiotics 14 billion.

My question: Does allergies come from being allergic, or does it come from the gut?
