You're so welcome, Kathy. Let me know how she does.

I'm sorry, I never did mention her diet.

We RARELY eat fast food. Or even go out to eat for that matter.

She eats Everything. And I am a very good eater myself, so that helps.

We try to eat healthy. Lots of fruits and veggies. we eat Meat. Wheat bread.  I never thought it could be the milk or wheat.

I do give her milk at night.  I'll start decreasing her intake of wheat and dairy.

I bought the Buddy Bear and started giving her just 1 last night, we will work our way up to 2-3 in a few days.

I will look into the testing too. Thank you so much for doing what you do!

 You are a blessing!

Dear Kathy,

I'm so glad you enjoy my books. Thanks for your confidence and enthusiam!

Usually by your daughter's age, her stools should be more well-formed, not diarrhea. This could be a result of her diet, as that wasn't mentioned in your post.

When did she start eating cereal and/or milk initially? That can be an early causative factor for food sensitivities that may result in gluten intolerance or celiac.

I would suggest 2 things initially – CSA +parasitology X 3 and also a gluten sensitivity test. You can learn more about these tests and how to access them on the top post in this forum.

With these tests you can see the food sensitivity levels as well as bacteria levels. Now is definitely the time to find out if there’s one of these issues. They can go undiagnosed for years in children and become much larger issues than assymptomatic diarrhea, let me tell you.

If you are unable to do the testing, yes, a probiotic would be in order. The Buddy Bear is fine at 3 years old. She will probably need 2 or 3 of these a day. And it will be very important to remove wheat and dairy from her diet and see if her bowel movements improve.

Keep me informed.

Hi Brenda. I love you and have read alot of your books. I would like Your advice.

My 3 year old daughter has 1-2 bowel movements a day. Usually the same time every day. But they are Not solid. Once in a blue moon, she will have a solid bowel movement. But not often.

Not sure if they should be solid at her age, or if she is ok. I have not consulted with a doctor.  They vary in color, depending on what she eats.

but for the most part, it is like diarherra every day. She never complains of stomach aches and she doesn't seem to be in pain.

(She is not yet potty trained)

I was thinking that your Buddy Bear Probiotic might be the way to go. But wanted to check with you first.

Thank You so much for your time!

 Kathy
